A Chartered Building Surveyor is professionally trained to fulfill the roles of other building advisors on smaller projects, avoiding a potential lack of co-ordination and we provide this service for an all inclusive fee. However, on larger or more complex projects, IRVING ASSOCIATES  will introduce other specialist consultants  to ensure that the best advice is available.
